A gift from me to you! 

Thought i´d share a little practice with you to get into your body and out of your brain a little bit, to lube up the body and find some space, especially if you´re feeling a little disconnected. 
Support yourself and let yourself be supported no matter what´s going on. 

What you´ll need: a little bit of space to roll around in. 
Optional props: a block/book or blanket. 

Remember to take breaks as you need and to take care of you.
