WHAT IS IT?: A yoga and creative movement class! Each session is different and interweaves different styles and themes. It´s a friendly and welcoming space for you to come as you are and explore your yoga.
WHERE IS IT?: The Lick Warehouse, 2nd Floor*, New England House, Brighton.
*Entrance is on York Hill, on the right side of New England house near the graffiti. Here´s a link to a street view image.
If you are arriving via New England Street, there are stairs that take you down to the York Place entrance. For Google map click here.
TIME: 7.30-8.30pm (feel free to arrive from 7.15pm)
PRICE: The Lick Yoga project was initiated to try to enable more accessibility to yoga classes so that those who can´t afford the cost of a “normal” class might also be able to join. It´s now grown into a wonderful community and I look forward to it every week - so thank you for making it so very special and for contributing to make it happen. It couldn't exist without you and your donations, so we ask you to pay what you can afford to help balance out and cover costs of those who can´t. Suggested payment is a fiver, more if you can, less if you can´t.
Class is, as always, open to every body ("beginner" or not a "beginner") and there are lots of mats and space available first come, first served and doors open at 7.15pm so feel welcome to arrive after then.
No tickets pre-sold for this event, but keep eyes peeled for roll calls on the Lick Yoga Facebook site.
