Babes, i don´t know about you but sometimes, i neeeeed a good iron out of my lower body in ways that a "traditional yoga posture" can´t reach. This one is for all my friends who also collect a lot of tension in the quads, calves and feet (and sometimes we don´t even realise it until we get in there). Also, if you´ve done a lot of cycling, walking, running, hiking, lifting and so on, this should be a really sweet session for you. It´s also for anyone who is a human being. Yes, covering all bases.
It´s super quick and really easy, as always, adjust your own seasoning and take care of you.
You will need: a blanket or yoga mat or anything you can roll. perhaps not a sausage roll tho- ....sorry.

Read on for my tips to create your own self care box!

Those days where we think about doing something. Yet it doesn’t quite happen. On those days, i remind myself and others to tread gently.
Here´s a sequence i use when i want to slow things down and practice being a little more tender and gentle.
The possible has been tried and failed. Now it’s time to try the impossible.— Sun Ra
The time has come. I have to jump and, ahem, “just do it”.
As the trees shed their leaves and go back into the earth, we are also afforded the opportunity to draw in, retreat, reflect and reconnect by releasing the stuff we don´t need. Because with endings also come new beginnings. We are part of a bigger cycle.
Many of us have a tendency to be hard on ourselves. We learn from a young age how to be self critical. harsh. pushing. punishing. forcing. harder. faster.
Can we re-educate ourselves to become more tender?
